October 18, 2012 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #18 Item Title C-17 Addendum to Performance Matters Contract Issue/Rationale Performance Matters LLC contracts with the school district.  PMI has a Formative Action System for Teacher Effectiveness which can be utilized to provide multi-measure reports using data provided to them by the school district as part of the teacher evaluation system which is required by current law.  The contract addendum amends the existing contract between PMI and the Board and sets forth the agreement between the School Board and PMI for provision of this service. Recommended Action Approve amendments to the contract as submitted.
